The deck can otk/ftk via light pulsar, redmd and Toon Cannon Soldier.
1.Normal Toon Cannon Soldier
2.SS light pulsar or redmd by Monster Reborn or light pulsar's own eff
3.Tribute pulsar for burn
4.Then Special summon redmd via pulsar eff
5.Tribute redmd and pulsar for burn
6.Repeat

The deck is designed to draw cards and send dragons to grave for the combo asap.
The monster line-up includes galaxy eyes,malefic stardust,Clear Vice Dragon, and ladd, they serve as fodder for light pulsar,Trade-In,ravine, and Hand Destruction.

no lol. Keep the tengu, limit tour guide to 1. That way both cards are still playable. Even if you semi-limit tengu it still becomes garbage. Then ban Black Luster soldier (this shits more sackier than brain control!) As for the light pulsar hit, good cuz that OTK was way too consistent and nubish.

tengu can at least wait a format to be limited (probably more because it's a tcg card), but tour guide MUST get hit now... Not because it's expensive, but because it is an abomination that should have never been printed. Card is broken and stupid.

^ You probably ought to be aware that Tour Guide is also a TCG Exclusive. So, your reasoning for Tengu ought to apply to her as well.
Also, guys? As a dragon player I can easily tell you that this FTK was inconsistent as hell and easily stopped by numerous things. (Hello, Effect Veiler...)

Oh, yea, you're absolutely correct. Tour Guide is a lot more broken than Tengu. (Which is saying something..)Simply put though, they have a equal chance of getting hit, which is slim to none.
Eff you Konami and your affinity for printing broken TCG Exclusives..

James armando here! Tour guide will be hit to one of course and reborn tengu can stay at 3. It can be stopped in many ways. Like solemn warning/judgement. Tour guide will be hit because of rescue rabbit the both together is too broken. The next YCS in brighton is in december you will see many decks LIKE: Lagia rabbit and rabbit/tourguide varients.

Actually, you dimwit, Tour Guide will almost certainly stay at three until it is printed in the OCG. The list will almost certainly attempt to hit other cards that are already released in the OCG that are already incorporated Plant/Synchro or Rabbit/Laggia Lineup as opposed to breaking the list rule.
Also, your reasoning for Tengu is pretty foolish consider all three of the cards you named can also hit Tour Guide.
Considering the consistency of Plant/Synchro I also question just how good Rabbit decks will end up being.

tengu at 2 makes it literally garbage. Better to just set spy, and plus off it automatically if that happens. And yes I do remember the old days. The days when you would be having fun dueling then some prick summoned a $30 Jinzo or an Envoy to end the game. The game is exactly the same as before, don't even argue that.

not entirely. There's more than one deck to run now. You have at LEAST a solid 5 in the ocg, not counting variants, you see consistently do well. So now at least it's not up to who gets out the magical scientist first. And you do have a point on the tengu, I will give you that.

However you've got to see a trend between Japan and us when 20 of the top 32 decks were basically the same mixture of tech put into a deck. At least in Japan you see the top decks pretty well spread across Agents, Dark World, Gadgets, Junk Doppel, Rabbit, Blackwing, Hero Beat, Dragunity, and now even Laval. And that's even with black luster in the mix.

That is what we should aspire to in America. Variety. We were getting closer too. Then tour guide and tengu came out.

honestly, people are just copying ycs winners and everything. no originality to the game anymore. i swear YCS ohio was full of Billy Brake decks and the so-called "tech' cards.

well either way, Tour Guide will likely get limited at September and get reprinted at November next year so it's all good. Just stay away from big tourneys like YCS for a year.
