1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner monster
If you would take Damage from a card effect, place 1 Black-Feather Counter on this card instead. This card loses 700 ATK for each Black-Feather Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove all Black-Feather Counter from this card to reduce the ATK of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls by 700 Points for each Counter removed, and inflict Damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the that value reduced this way.

ya te digo menuda mierda, no se que pasa con konami no sacan un set bueno ni de casualidad y luego se quejan de que no venden en eurpa, entre eso y las subidas de precio a 4 euros e sobre que tenemos que esperan. Lo unico ue los americanos se hinchan a vender porque nos traemos todo de ali por ebay y asi y las tiendas aqui no venden nada y ya ni hacen torneos muchas porque no les sale rentable.
Muy bien konami asi te acabaras matando el juego en europa.
